How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@venuspanty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

• Shipping to P.O. boxes:

As a brand, we want to ensure that your orders reach you smoothly. However, it's important to note that some carriers have restrictions when shipping to P.O. Boxes. If any of our carriers fall into this category, we'll look up their policy and make sure to communicate any relevant information to you in Email.

• Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
